Welcome to Girls Who Lift. We are a team of hard-working, determined individuals that share same desire to become stronger women. We meet once a week to practice powerlifting. Powerlifting consists of three majors lifts: the deadlift, the squat, and the bench press. Along the way, we are noting our progress and sharing our passions.

GIRLS WHO LIFT
We meet once a week for about an hour to have fun and lift together! Starting in October of 2018, we continuously have new young women joining. It is really amazing seeing the progress in strength levels from when we first started even learning the technique of specific powerlifts.
